• Hire a world-class team of security analysts to work within the SOC (Security Operations Center)
• Provide mentorship to the SOC to cultivate desired skills and experience
• Provide input and feedback on security processes, issues, and features

Account Executive

• Be a thought leader within the company and the industry, helping bring an expert and future forward focus to our customers
• Provide technical leadership on security, compliance, and risk management with a focus on Microsoft security solutions, particularly Microsoft Sentinel and Defender
• Partner with local and regional leadership at partners, particularly Microsoft, to support joint go-to-market activities
• Influence co-innovation, roadmap alignment, and strategic initiatives between Armor and Microsoft
• Lead the sales process by demonstrating the value of Armor products and services to achieve technical & commercial wins
• Architect solutions using Microsoft security products and Armor services (e.g., MDR and Armor Enterprise Cloud)
• Provide opinionated responses and guide customers toward correct solutions
• Document solutions in RFP responses, proposals, SOWs, and other required documentation
• Act as a technical expert to help prospects and customers understand Armor’s value versus competitors
• Serve as the customer success owner for strategic customers, guiding onboarding, deployment, and long-term optimization
• Own creation of customer success plans and conduct regular operational and strategic reviews with strategic customers
• Represent Armor in community engagement at industry conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and other events
• Serve as an SME internally and with Microsoft sellers and partner staff; provide field feedback to Armor leadership
• Develop technical enablement workshops including materials, demos, and product/service integration
• Stay current with Microsoft security and industry best practices; mentor and guide peers and junior consultants as required

Technical Sales Consultant

Security Engineer

• Lead and execute billable consulting engagements focused on Microsoft security technology and architecture, helping to modernize customer security and address emerging issues such as AI.
• Review customer implementations and recommend improvements to maximize the value of their security investments and reduce security, data protection, and compliance risk.
• Conduct security assessments, design security architectures, and implement security solutions, including the Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra suite, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Azure security.
• Support services engagements on additional platforms such as AWS, GCP, VMWare, or on-prem, as expertise allows.
• Develop SOWs and Proposals tailored to customer needs and drive presales activities.
• Provide thought leadership by representing Armor in community engagement at industry conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and other events.
• Drive service development and continuous improvement initiatives within the Armor professional services portfolio.
• Create a positive customer experience while executing SOWs that generate pipeline for recurring revenue streams.
• Act as a SME internally, with customers, and with Microsoft sellers and partner staff.
• Provide active feedback and recommendations from the field to Armor leadership on solutions to improve Armor service offerings and overall service levels, and customer engagement.
• Develop technical enablement in the form of workshops, including materials, demos, and product/service integration when appropriate.
• Stay current with the latest developments in Microsoft security and infrastructure as well as industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide peers, team members, and junior consultants as required.
