About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate end-to-end execution of internal initiatives supporting Partners and Senior Directors, including business development, resourcing, and administrative operations
- Serve as a central point of coordination between leadership and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely follow-through
- Project manage business development activities, including tracking pursuits, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and ensuring leadership readiness
- Support BOS resourcing efforts by coordinating staffing needs, tracking capacity, managing dependencies, and facilitating communication across delivery teams
- Develop and maintain structured project plans, trackers, and timelines to manage priorities, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Prepare materials, reports, and summaries for leadership meetings, reviews, and internal forums
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities, escalating issues and recommending solutions to keep initiatives on track
- Track commitments and decisions, ensuring accountability and timely execution across stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of internal workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and firm standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership support roles, ideally within professional services or consulting
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Experience supporting Partners, Senior Directors, or executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with business development processes, resourcing models, or professional services operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, trackers, and status reporting
- Energetic, self-directed professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
