Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end execution of internal initiatives supporting Partners and Senior Directors, including business development, resourcing, and administrative operations
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between leadership and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely follow-through
  • Project manage business development activities, including tracking pursuits, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and ensuring leadership readiness
  • Support BOS resourcing efforts by coordinating staffing needs, tracking capacity, managing dependencies, and facilitating communication across delivery teams
  • Develop and maintain structured project plans, trackers, and timelines to manage priorities, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Prepare materials, reports, and summaries for leadership meetings, reviews, and internal forums
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities, escalating issues and recommending solutions to keep initiatives on track
  • Track commitments and decisions, ensuring accountability and timely execution across stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and firm standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership support roles, ideally within professional services or consulting
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Experience supporting Partners, Senior Directors, or executive leadership teams
  • Familiarity with business development processes, resourcing models, or professional services operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, trackers, and status reporting
  • Energetic, self-directed professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
