About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support workstreams within digital transformation and enterprise modernization programs
- Conduct current-state assessments across operations, finance, and organizational processes
- Identify opportunities for process redesign prior to automation or AI deployment
- Translate business challenges into prioritized transformation initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional process mapping workshops
- Redesign workflows to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability
- Identify human-in-the-loop controls and operational guardrails for automation initiatives
- Partner with technical teams to ensure redesigned processes translate effectively into system and AI-enabled solutions
- Work with ATS and technology teams to translate prioritized use cases into implementation plans
- Develop initiative roadmaps, milestone plans, and success metrics
- Track progress against transformation objectives and business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, related major or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years consulting or transformation experience
- Strong process redesign and operational improvement background
- Experience working on digital transformation or AI-enabled initiatives
- Experience creating business requirement and conducting process mapping exercises
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in one of our offices, or at a client site, up to 50%.
