About the role
- Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Independently elicit, document, and validate business requirements in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
- Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and partner with technology teams to deliver solutions.
- Manage competing priorities, define scope, and support planning while proactively identifying risks and gaps.
- Lead UAT and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and quality standards.
- Create clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations and confidently present analysis, recommendations, and updates to executive audiences.
- Receive and act on direct, candid feedback while maintaining momentum and ownership of deliverables.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations forward without heavy oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis within transformation, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast ‑ paced, high ‑ expectation setting.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to deliver and receive direct, candid feedback regularly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Visio, and Smartsheet.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
