About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications and internal tools supporting AI-enabled consulting initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based technical leads and business stakeholders to define, build, and enhance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, services, and integrations connecting front-end and back-end systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and at least one additional language (such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#).
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Deploy and manage applications across cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).
  • Support code reviews, testing, and version control to ensure high software quality and reliability.
  • Coordinate deployments, testing, and troubleshooting with cross-border teams.
  • Document technical processes and contribute to establishing coding and deployment best practices for the India team.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture.
  • Stay current with modern software development practices, frameworks, and emerging tools that enhance productivity and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with one or more additional languages.
  • Solid understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and back-end frameworks (Flask, Django, Node.js, or .NET).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based teams or global stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to AI and automation frameworks (Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) or serverless deployment.
  • Strong documentation and technical presentation skills.
