Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact (L1) for Atlas customers post go-live
• Own the short and long-term technical success and health of assigned accounts
• Build trusted, durable relationships with customer engineering, IT, platform, and operations teams
• Act as the customer’s advocate inside Armada for platform improvements and roadmap alignment
• Is main contact point during escalations and drives resolution
• Collaborates with AEs to co-deliver QBRs
• Build, maintain, and continuously drive Joint Success Plans with customers
• Align Atlas platform capabilities to customer business objectives, operational KPIs, and success criteria
• Use the Joint Success Plan as the system of record for priorities, milestones, risks, and outcomes
• Regularly review and update success plans with customer stakeholders and Armada leadership
• Ensure success plans directly inform adoption strategy, roadmap discussions, and expansion planning
• Drive deep adoption of Atlas capabilities including monitoring, lifecycle management, governance, and automation
• Help customers integrate Atlas into existing workflows, tooling, and operational processes
• Identify usage gaps, friction points, and opportunities to expand Atlas value
• Guide customers from initial usage into advanced, production-grade operating patterns
• Identifies applications to be integrated into Marketplace and drives the execution of this integration
• Supports customers to self-onboard assets which are not covered by Support like SD-WAN and others
• Supports the customers with asset management best practices
• Trains new users to use Atlas in a proficient way
• Accelerate time-to-value by prioritizing high-impact Atlas use cases
• Translate platform usage into measurable outcomes such as improved uptime, operational efficiency, and reduced complexity
• Track, quantify, and communicate realized value through structured reviews and health checks
• Monitor platform health, usage trends, and operational signals across assigned accounts
• Proactively identify risks, misconfigurations, or adoption challenges before they impact customers
• Coordinate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure customers operate Atlas in a secure, stable, and scalable manner
• Support customers in aligning Atlas usage with security, access control, audit logs, and governance expectations
• Partner with customer security and compliance teams as needed
• Maintain disciplined operational hygiene, documentation, and access management
• Identify Atlas-led expansion opportunities including additional users, environments, or use cases
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership on expansion planning, grounded in the Joint Success Plan
• Provide technical validation and guidance for Atlas-driven growth opportunities
• Work closely with Support teams responsible for Atlas onboarding and deployment
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide structured feedback based on real customer usage
• Collaborate with regional GTM and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Senior Technical Account Manager

Mechanical Engineer

• Own the hydronic distribution architecture across primary water/PG25 loop
• Define and standardize system design rules for flow, pressure drop, balancing, and measurement
• Establish practical design approaches for PG25 and water-based systems, including pipe sizing, fluid behavior, and maintainability considerations
• Support system-level alignment between plant, distribution, and rack cooling interfaces
• Own distribution P&IDs, valve schedules, and instrumentation schedules
• Maintain revision discipline, tagging standards, and interface clarity across the mechanical distribution package
• Define boundaries and interfaces between plant equipment, CDUs, rack cooling components, and module-to-module interconnects
• Develop and maintain interface control documentation for hydronic system boundaries
• Design for startup, commissioning, and long-term operation
• Define fill, flush, vent, drain, isolation, bypass, and strainer strategies
• Establish measurement points for flow, differential pressure, and temperature
• Partner with commissioning and controls teams to define what must be measured, how it will be measured, and what acceptable startup performance looks like
• Own pipe sizing methodology and pressure drop strategy for both PG25 and water loops
• Define practical approaches to balancing and instrumentation placement
• Ensure real-world field performance aligns with design intent
• Help establish repeatable standards for distribution performance across product variants
• Own mechanical distribution layout packages and service clearance requirements
• Ensure systems are designed for safe access, maintenance, replacement, and long-term serviceability
• Support design for manufacturing by standardizing routing approaches, fittings strategy, tolerances, and assembly expectations
• Help define clear factory-built versus field-installed scope boundaries
• Define standard module interconnect approaches, including manifolds, quick connects, labeling, boundary isolation, and leak detection interfaces as applicable
• Ensure interconnect designs support rapid deployment while preserving reliability and maintainability
• Drive consistency across builds to reduce site variability and improve product repeatability
• Partner with mechanical plant, thermal, electrical, controls, manufacturing, and commissioning teams
• Coordinate system interfaces without losing baseline discipline
• Work with OEMs and fabricators while maintaining ownership of the internal distribution architecture and standards
• Support factory builds, field feedback collection, and lessons-learned incorporation into future revisions

Mechanical Engineer – Hydronics

Artificial Intelligence

• Build and own full‑stack financial models for Leviathan deployments, including CapEx/OpEx profiles, IRR, NPV, and payback analyses
• Model customer ROI across use cases such as AI training and inference
• Partner with Sales, BD, and leadership to present Leviathan’s business case to hyperscalers and energy producers
• Tailor financial narratives for different buyers and become a trusted economic advisor

Value Engineer

Solutions Engineer

• Own the controls layer for Modular Data Center from design intent to field readiness.
• Create and maintain the controls package: points list, alarm matrix, sequences of operation (SoO), and trend/log requirements.
• Define required setpoints, modes, permissives/interlocks, and operational states so behavior is predictable across variants.
• Design and validate fault responses (power events, loss of flow, sensor faults, high temperature conditions, equipment trips).
• Support OEM controls reviews to ensure points are exposed, alarms are rationalized, and sequences match design intent.

Controls Integration Engineer

• Lead the interpretation and application of civil infrastructure requirements for modular data center deployments
• Ensure standardized modules can be permitted, sited, and deployed across diverse jurisdictions
• Serve as the internal authority on civil site requirements
• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate civil requirements into actionable inputs
• Support customer deployments by assessing site-specific civil readiness
