Product Manager

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for Armada’s SATCOM products, including inter-satellite links (ISL), multi-orbit connectivity, and hybrid-network orchestration.
• Constellation Integration: Lead the technical product strategy for integrating with major satellite networks (e.g., Starlink, Kuiper, Viasat), ensuring optimized throughput and low-latency performance for Armada users.
• Mesh Network Strategy: Lead the strategy for decentralized mesh networking, enabling resilient, peer-to-peer communication between edge nodes even when primary satellite backhaul is unavailable or contested.
• Strategic Partnerships: Lead the product-level relationship with satellite constellation operators and terminal manufacturers to ensure Armada’s technology is always at the forefront of next-gen hardware capabilities.
• Commercial Strategy: Develop pricing models and service-level agreements (SLAs) for global data backhaul, balancing high-performance requirements with cost-efficiency for the customer.
• Customer Advocacy: Work directly with our most ambitious customers in defense, energy, and research to ensure our SATCOM products meet the "always-on" demands of the world's most extreme environments.

Director of SATCOM Product Management

Hardware Engineer

• Component Strategy & Architecture: Lead the selection of CPUs, GPUs, and high-density NVMe storage. Evaluate silicon based on performance-per-watt and inherent radiation susceptibility (TID/SEE).
• Custom Server Design: Architect custom server sleds and high-speed backplanes. Ensure signal integrity for PCIe Gen 5/6 and CXL links in a compact form factor optimized for a satellite bus.
• Manufacturer Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Tier 1 component vendors. Work with their engineering teams to deep-dive into firmware and hardware-level modifications for orbital stability.
• Thermal & Mechanical Integration: Design conduction-based cooling solutions and the use of Phase Change Materials (PCM) or advanced heat pipes for heat dissipation in the absence of air.
• Hardware Hardening: Lead the "Space-Adaptation" of terrestrial hardware, implementing shielding, structural reinforcements, and conductive cooling paths.
• Validation & Qualification: Oversee the hardware testing lifecycle, from initial breadboarding to Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) and Vibration (Shock/Vibe) qualification.

Senior Hardware Engineer, Orbital Infrastructure

Engineer

• Architecting the Universal Edge: Lead the evolution of the Armada Edge Platform (AEP), ensuring seamless orchestration of compute and AI workloads across globally distributed, high-latency, and disconnected environments.
• Next Horizon Projects: Drive the architectural roadmap for visionary initiatives, including Data Centers in Space. This involves adapting the Armada stack for orbital compute modules and solving for the unique challenges of Low Earth Orbit (LEO)—including radiation-tolerant software, thermal management, and power-constrained AI processing.
• Strategic Partner Engineering: Work directly with elite industry partners to co-design solutions that integrate Armada’s technology deeper into their global ecosystems. You will ensure our platform becomes the standard infrastructure for compute, whether terrestrial or orbital.
• Technical Strategy: Partner with Company Leadership to define the 3–5 year technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies in high-density GPU orchestration and orbital data processing that align with our long-term business goals.
• Hard-Problem Solver: Act as the final point of escalation for complex architectural challenges involving real-time data streaming, computer vision, and network-aware workload distribution.
• Innovation & R&D: Lead Proof-of-Concepts for next-generation capabilities, such as in-orbit inference, adaptive learning at the edge, and secure Earth-to-space data orchestration.
• Mentorship: Elevate the entire engineering organization by mentoring Staff and Principal engineers, fostering a culture of high-performance engineering and architectural rigor.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist with building and maintaining financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses and ad hoc analysis
• Conduct market research and analysis to support informed decision-making
• Participate in the budgeting process, analyze variances to identify trends, and partner cross-functionally with Product and Sales in identifying cost optimization opportunities
• Support the Accounting Team on month-end close process and partner with RevOps team to drive sales and pipeline forecasting accuracy.
• Assist in reporting automation efforts and improve upon the existing robust financial processes

• Architect from Scratch: Select and deploy the V1 Modern Data Stack. Avoid over-engineering, while prioritizing speed-to-insight.
• Define the Metrics that Matter: Work with the Chief Business Officer to define our “North Star” metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, Burn Multiples, Gross Margins).
• Research and procure structured and unstructured data from the market to augment the internal data set.
• Develop and implement business ideas and actions to enhance the business.
• Deploy the “Digital Workforce” (AI Agents)
• Identify High-Value Workflows: Audit our internal operations to find repetitive, high-cognitive-load tasks that are ripe for agentic automation.
• Build & Orchestrate: Lead the development of internal AI agents using industry-leading frameworks.
• Human-in-the-Loop Design: Design systems where AI drafts/proposes actions that humans approve, slowly increasing autonomy as trust builds.
• Hiring: Recruit and manage a lean, elite team of 2-4 Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and AI Prototypers.
• Culture of Rigor: Instill a “write it down” culture where data isn’t just a dashboard—it’s the primary language of the business.
