About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the production of modular data center solutions ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Partner closely with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Deployment teams to scale manufacturing capabilities.
Drive process consistency and technical excellence across global manufacturing.
Establish a performance baseline and drive key manufacturing KPIs including Safety, Quality, Cost, and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Develop and maintain executable capacity models capable of handling complex product mixes.
Analyze S&OP forecasts and material constraints for strategic production recommendations.
Support the Sourcing function during supplier selection and participate in product validation for manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Operations Management is a plus.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, ideally within modular construction, heavy electrical infrastructure, or data center systems.
Proven expertise in capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP processes in a high-mix/low-volume environment.
Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
