About the role

  • Support the sourcing, planning, and enablement of server and networking infrastructure
  • Translate technical requirements and market realities into clear inputs for Sales and deployment planning
  • Develop and maintain a working view of server and networking hardware markets
  • Build and update pricing and lead-time trackers
  • Engage with suppliers and partners to gather market intelligence
  • Track supply risks, constraints, and market changes impacting deployments
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Support translation of engineering requirements and technical designs into hardware configuration options
  • Help create and maintain technical enablement materials
  • Support customer technical requirements gathering alongside Sales
  • Assist in ensuring proposals reflect accurate configurations
  • Support work across Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Deal Desk teams

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in hardware sourcing, procurement, supply chain, infrastructure, or technical coordination roles
  • Working knowledge of server and networking hardware components
  • Basic understanding of data center infrastructure concepts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience sourcing hardware globally (preferred)
  • Familiarity with major server OEMs and networking manufacturers (preferred)
  • Experience supporting Sales or customer-facing technical teams (preferred)
  • Background in data center operations or deployments (preferred)
