About the role

  • Prepare and validate data for payroll processing in cooperation with the external payroll provider
  • Calculate and settle working time for employees under various systems (vacations, sick leaves, overtime, business trips)
  • Organize hiring and termination processes, including for foreign nationals
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees on topics such as working time, leave policies, and employment regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses (attendance, turnover, absenteeism)
  • Collaborate closely with managers and internal departments to ensure seamless HR operations
  • Manage internal communication and contribute to HR documentation
  • Actively participate in optimizing HR and payroll processes and maintaining data quality in systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and working time regulations
  • Familiarity with HR systems (RCP, Workday) and data accuracy principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in working with external service providers is a plus
