About the role
- Prepare and validate data for payroll processing in cooperation with the external payroll provider
- Calculate and settle working time for employees under various systems (vacations, sick leaves, overtime, business trips)
- Organize hiring and termination processes, including for foreign nationals
- Provide day-to-day support to employees on topics such as working time, leave policies, and employment regulations
- Prepare HR reports and analyses (attendance, turnover, absenteeism)
- Collaborate closely with managers and internal departments to ensure seamless HR operations
- Manage internal communication and contribute to HR documentation
- Actively participate in optimizing HR and payroll processes and maintaining data quality in systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processes
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and working time regulations
- Familiarity with HR systems (RCP, Workday) and data accuracy principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience in working with external service providers is a plus
