About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare the consolidated financial results for the group's companies;
Prepare management reports for leadership;
Work closely with business unit managers to understand results;
Prepare financial statements and notes for disclosure of the company's quarterly results;
Analyze financial results against historical data and budgeted results;
Serve as the financial area's focal point for inquiries about business unit results;
Automate and improve accounting close and result-analysis processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
Minimum of 4 years in a similar role;
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, etc.);
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership mentality, and proactivity;
Solid experience in Controllership, FP&A, or related areas;
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously;
Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / CPC).
