About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the outbound multichannel prospecting journey for Armac’s continuous/long-term business units, according to the strategic prioritization defined each cycle;
  • Operate cadences by strategic channel (email, LinkedIn, and phone), adapting messages contextually based on account intelligence;
  • Conduct in-depth research on target companies, analyzing press releases, strategic timing, operational context, and stakeholder profiles before each outreach;
  • Conduct proactive calls (cold calling) with disciplined daily execution;
  • Run qualification (discovery) meetings and perform handoffs to the responsible sales team;
  • Document all interactions in the CRM (HubSpot), maintaining history and relationship dossiers for each account;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly prospecting reports, including metrics, qualitative analysis, and adjustment recommendations;
  • Present results, learnings, and field insights to growth and marketing leaders and BU directors;
  • Proactively propose tests, outreach angles, and continuous improvements to strategy based on daily learnings;
  • Use artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day work for account research, message personalization, data analysis, and productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics, Communications, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial prospecting — SDR/BDR, inside B2B sales, presales for complex solutions, or commercial analysis with responsibility for active prospecting;
  • Experience in proactively approaching medium and large accounts in B2B sales cycles with significant deal sizes;
  • Analytical ability to monitor KPIs, build reports, and perform critical data interpretation;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), including sequences, workflows, and reporting;
  • Desirable: knowledge of sales engagement tools (Apollo.io or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Aptitude and fluency with AI tools applied to work (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar), with the ability to build effective prompts and integrate AI into daily routines;
  • Previous experience in industrial markets such as mining, ports and terminals, agribusiness, heavy industry, equipment rental, or related sectors;
  • Experience with BI and dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
