  • Interpret solicitation instructions, RFP requirements, and evaluation criteria to ensure all pricing deliverables meet FAR/DFARS compliance and customer expectations and analyze risk.
  • Coordinate with capture, BD, finance, subcontracts, and PMO to gather data for cost narratives, BOEs, and subcontractor inputs.
  • Perform cost realism, price reasonableness, and “price-to-win” analyses, including rate research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and contract performance reports to meet DCAA/DCMA audit requirements and internal management needs.
  • Support finance with variance analysis, burn-rate tracking, and labor utilization reviews across awarded contracts to support program and executive decision-making— with an increased focus on T&M contract burn, workshare, analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare and document Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs), cost impact analyses, and pricing modifications in accordance with FAR Part 43.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis for DCAA/DCMA reviews.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards for executive level reviews and for incorporation into reviews.
  • Audit contract to pricing and ensure modification documentation is accurate.
