About the role

  • Act as the bridge between business and technology partners (Weatherbys Bank IT, Alfa, Salesforce, Oracle), ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor service quality, and proactively address technology risks.
  • Lead and coordinate technology change initiatives, from gathering business requirements to overseeing implementation and adoption, ensuring solutions deliver real value.
  • Support the COO in delivering robust, resilient, and compliant technology services, including risk management and policy alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, helping Arkle Finance stay ahead in a dynamic market.

Requirements

  • Has delivered technology projects or managed technology services in a regulated environment (e.g., financial lending, insurance, or similar), with responsibility for at least one full project or service area.
  • Has managed relationships with external technology vendors or service providers, holding them to agreed standards or service levels.
  • Can demonstrate experience translating business needs into technical requirements, including providing clear specifications or briefs to technical teams.
  • Has worked with multiple internal or external stakeholders to deliver a project or service.
  • Communicates confidently and clearly, with evidence of structured problem-solving and documentation skills.
