About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You'll hit the ground running by owning the studio launch from the ground up: managing the physical buildout, getting facilities ready for day one, and learning Arketa's platform inside and out.
Once the studio is live, you'll lead pre-sale membership planning, source and onboard instructors, and coordinate our soft launch, laying the groundwork for a thriving studio community.
You'll manage a team that keeps the studio running day-to-day, coordinate instructor schedules, organize pop-up events and brand collaborations, and maintain a light load of office management responsibilities alongside it all.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7+ years of experience in studio management, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or luxury service
Deep experience supporting studio openings, backend operations
Balance of ops-mindset meets customer-obsessed
Thrive in ambiguity
Deep understanding of how studios run day-to-day (not just theoretically)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable balancing people leadership with systems and process work
Strong communicator who is warm, direct, and practical
Tech-savvy and excited to work deeply in operational tools
Bonus: You’ve opened a new location from build-out, pre-sale and managing the day to day operations as the "CEO" of the studio/facility
Bonus: You’ve driven significant customer acquisition during pre-sales and early days of launching a new studio.
