About the role
- Manage and maintain the Sealing & Bonding – Construction & Consumer product range
- Continuous market and competitor monitoring to identify trends and opportunities
- Further development of the product portfolio
- Management and maintenance of product lines, including article setup
- Product-specific handling of tenders
- Preparation of presentation materials
- Technical documentation and creation of content for product layouts
- Implementation of regulatory requirements for products
- Close collaboration with customers, sales, marketing, supply chain, production and international manufacturing sites, as well as the Sealing & Bonding steering unit
Requirements
- Vocational training or a completed degree in marketing, civil engineering or a comparable field of study
- Initial sales and marketing experience and product knowledge in adhesives and sealants desirable
- Independent and structured way of working as well as strong team skills and flexibility
- Strong technical understanding of products and applications in the construction sector
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Good spoken and written English for communication on international projects
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Flexibility for occasional appointments outside the site
