About the role
- Directly reports to Reliability Engineering and Project Manager.
- Collaborates with plant leadership, process engineers, maintenance/production supervisors, plant operators, plant unit inspectors and maintenance craftsmen.
- Responsible for supporting the development of technical scope for plant turnarounds & outages.
- Drives plant reliability improvement teams and supports continual development of plant reliability systems.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of chemical or industrial plant engineering/maintenance experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
- Analyzes critical equipment failures, determines root causes, and implements corrective actions.
- Must be able to interact in a team environment and work closely with hourly and professional personnel.
