About the role

  • Responsible for managing the mechanical integrity program (tanks, pressure vessels, over pressure devices and piping system) for North America plants
  • Manage Mechanical Integrity inspection contractors and coordinate 3rd party contractors for Condition monitoring and Reliability needs
  • Review inspection reports and recommend corrective actions for pressure vessels, piping, tanks, rotating equipment, and safety critical systems.
  • Responsible for the implementation of reliability concepts including development of Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance technologies and Preventive Maintenance development
  • Manage, review and develop P&ID’s for all North America plants.
  • Lead or support capital and expense projects from concept through commissioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, preferred Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
  • 2-5 years’ experience working in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) in a process manufacturing plant, required
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), required
  • Experience with finance and/or accounting principles, preferred
