About the role

  • Support HR management for our Serquigny industrial site and our Research Center (CERDATO).
  • Labor relations: prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies and related meetings.
  • GPEC & talent development: roll out tools and organize career committees.
  • Recruitment & onboarding: identify talent, conduct interviews, and ensure successful integration.
  • Employer branding & school relations: enhance our visibility, develop partnerships, and attract tomorrow’s talent.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years), ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Interest and working knowledge of labor law, GPEC tools (workforce planning) and recruitment techniques.
  • Key qualities: autonomy, rigor, strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
