• Ensure correct ERP system configuration
• Perform periodic reviews of BOM parameters, safety stock levels, and economic order quantities for purchases
• Plan, schedule, and issue purchase and production orders
• Support inventory management through the MRP system
• Run the MRP system as required
• Perform inventory adjustments with a minimum lead time of 6 months
• Monitor inventory status according to company policies
• Promote continuous improvement in inventory management
• Improve forecast accuracy using statistical tools
• Analyze the sales plan
• Enhance demand management through Consensus Forecast
• Manage carriers and follow up on deliveries
• Carrier qualification and documentation management
• Optimize routes and logistics costs
• Support implementation of various projects, such as OEA.
