About the role

  • Acceptance and processing of customer orders
  • Requesting release of orders in case of credit blocks
  • Creating deliveries and setting 'Outbound Delivery' in SAP
  • Invoicing of all orders
  • Handling customer inquiries and general customer correspondence
  • Coordinating delivery dates with customers and internal interfaces
  • Recording and processing customer complaints (e.g., transport damage, returns)
  • Conducting inventory counts and settling external yard inventories
  • Close collaboration with the field sales team and Sales Support
  • Fulfilling tasks and responsibilities defined in the organizational manual
  • Ensuring compliance with the group's ethics rules and code of conduct

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience
  • Confident user of MS Office and experienced with SAP; knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI is an advantage
  • Basic English skills, spoken and written
  • Team-oriented work style and strong communication skills
