About the role
- Develop and maintain accurate demand and inventory forecasting models.
- Execute replenishment planning (MRP/DRP), ensuring a balance between service level and working capital.
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory accuracy, implementing strategies to minimize obsolescence, stockouts, and storage costs.
- Define safety stock parameters and purchasing policies.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and implement new technologies (e.g., ERP, WMS, S&OP).
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTS, Forecast Accuracy, Days Inventory Outstanding, NPS, etc.
- Prepare management reports and present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct S&OP meetings and prepare reports for presentation.
- Define action plans and follow up on items with poor inventory performance.
- Maintain routine alignment with the production team for ongoing monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English.
