About the role

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand and inventory forecasting models.
  • Execute replenishment planning (MRP/DRP), ensuring a balance between service level and working capital.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory accuracy, implementing strategies to minimize obsolescence, stockouts, and storage costs.
  • Define safety stock parameters and purchasing policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and implement new technologies (e.g., ERP, WMS, S&OP).
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTS, Forecast Accuracy, Days Inventory Outstanding, NPS, etc.
  • Prepare management reports and present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct S&OP meetings and prepare reports for presentation.
  • Define action plans and follow up on items with poor inventory performance.
  • Maintain routine alignment with the production team for ongoing monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
