About the role
- Create and maintain product records (SKU/part number, descriptions, specs)
- Update attributes such as dimensions, weight, materials, and compatibility notes
- Standardize naming conventions and ensure consistent formatting
- Validate data against source documents (vendor sheets, spec sheets, internal notes)
- Support category organization and product mapping in ERP/CRM systems
- Run routine audits to identify duplicates, missing fields, or outdated information
- Coordinate corrections with purchasing, parts, and operations teams
- Maintain documentation for data standards and updates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus)
- 1–3 years data entry, product setup, or database maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus
- Strong Excel skills (sorting, filters, lookups preferred)
