About the role
- Perform physician compensation calculations, reporting, and analysis for 100+ providers
- Review and interpret provider contracts to determine appropriate compensation methodologies
- Analyze work RVUs, productivity, volumes, and provider performance
- Develop and deliver clinic-level reporting, including visits, volumes, reimbursement, and revenue
- Partner with managers and directors to develop and manage budgets for 30+ departments
- Develop and maintain dashboards and high-level Excel models using complex formulas, queries, SQL, and data analysis tools
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst required; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, compensation analysis, revenue cycle, or related financial functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including complex formulas, queries, and data analysis
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
