Perform physician compensation calculations, reporting, and analysis for 100+ providers
Review and interpret provider contracts to determine appropriate compensation methodologies
Analyze work RVUs, productivity, volumes, and provider performance
Develop and deliver clinic-level reporting, including visits, volumes, reimbursement, and revenue
Partner with managers and directors to develop and manage budgets for 30+ departments
Develop and maintain dashboards and high-level Excel models using complex formulas, queries, SQL, and data analysis tools

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst required; healthcare experience preferred
Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, compensation analysis, revenue cycle, or related financial functions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including complex formulas, queries, and data analysis
Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) preferred
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
