About the role

  • Regional Manager, Clinical Operations serves as the primary contact for the company's Nursing Home Clients, acting as a clinical and operational resource to patients, families, referral sources, and partner facilities.
  • Identify medically appropriate patients for admission, coordinate transitions of care, and support census development through clinical education and relationship management.
  • Conduct timely and accurate onsite assessments of referred patients, evaluate clinical appropriateness and payer eligibility for admission, and coordinate transitions of care.
  • Build and manage relationships with nursing homes in the assigned territory and serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources.
  • Accurately document outreach, referrals, admissions, and outcomes and ensure compliance with HIPAA, AKS, Stark Law, and internal policies.
  • Recruit and retain high-performing providers and implement engagement and retention strategies to reduce turnover.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered APRN or RN license in the State of Arkansas
  • 5+ years post-licensure clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a long-term care or nursing home setting
  • In-depth knowledge of post-acute care practices, regulations, and compliance standards (including SNF and LTC)
  • Proven experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
  • Prior leadership or long-term care (LTC) management experience required
  • 2+ years of people management or leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated strengths in communication, customer service, team building, quality improvement, and performance management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%; valid drivers license and automobile insurance required
