Accountant

• Accurately record financial transactions using appropriate codes
• Oversee reconciliation of banking and credit card activity
• Support accounts payable tasks and help coordinate vendor relations
• Enter daily revenue figures and manage accounts receivable duties
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities
• Post daily sales journal entries and manage A/R process
• Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department when necessary
• Assist team with complex balance sheet and bank reconciliation
• Assist team with other financial reporting packages and special projects
