About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performs individual counseling and instruction to at-risk youth in the area of performance, personal problems, and behavioral problems.
- Supervises and ensures physical safety and well-being of youth program participants.
- Ensures safety and security of campus buildings and grounds.
- Maintains records of student movement/facility functions with professionalism and in accordance with all laws/regulations/policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of six months of work experience in human services programs or public service.
- Required to have a background check and child/adult maltreatment registry check.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Arkansas Driver's License and meet the eligibility requirements covered by the state insurance policy.
