About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the point of contact between IT and end users.
  • Responsible for incident resolution by restoring services as quickly as possible or escalation to the appropriate IT resource and incident logging and categorization.
  • Responsible for request fulfillment support and knowledge management, providing users with guidance and support for their IT needs.
  • Assists in the incorporation, installation, training, support and coordination of new and ongoing projects that involve several teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 24 semester hours in computer, analytical, or data-processing related studies.
  • In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.
  • IT experience such as data and computer operations desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and/or software.
