Project Manager

• Lead operational management of the Tactical Training Centre, overseeing site logistics, personnel, maintenance, inventory, and contractor coordination.
• Oversee daily operations of the Tactical Training Centre and manage site personnel including national staff, contractors, and support teams.
• Ensure maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and implement health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead logistics and resupply operations including transport, fuel, food, and materials; maintain accurate inventory records and asset accountability.
• Implement and monitor site security protocols in coordination with local authorities.
• Coordinate construction activities and supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support overall project coordination, align with donor expectations, monitor progress against work plan and advise corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison with field-based contractors, engineers, security force focal points, and international trainers; lead coordination meetings with national stakeholders.
• Draft project documents including donor reports, meeting summaries, and briefing notes; support planning and execution of field visits, events, and training sessions.
• Contribute to development of tactical training strategy and support M&E efforts ensuring timely data collection and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to national project staff and assume leadership responsibilities in absence of Project Manager.
