About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve annual sales targets and manage Accounts Receivable for the assigned territory.
  • Identify new customers, develop high‑growth markets, and expand territory presence.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell to existing customers, including rentals and consumables.
  • Launch new products and drive their adoption in key hospitals.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for key hospitals.
  • Build strong networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) — doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and hospital executives (COO, CFO, CEO, CNO).
  • Lead effective product demonstrations and engage stakeholders to create awareness of how Arjo solutions address critical healthcare needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate mitigation strategies with manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — Clinical, Marketing, Service, and Finance — to align on market strategies and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Average of 3-5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales/ Medical Devices Sales/Specialty Pharmaceutical product sales / Hospital Sales
  • Science/ Engineering Graduate / Non-Science Graduates holding a Full Time MBA
