About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve annual sales targets and manage Accounts Receivable for the assigned territory.
- Identify new customers, develop high‑growth markets, and expand territory presence.
- Upsell and cross‑sell to existing customers, including rentals and consumables.
- Launch new products and drive their adoption in key hospitals.
- Develop and execute account strategies for key hospitals.
- Build strong networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) — doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and hospital executives (COO, CFO, CEO, CNO).
- Lead effective product demonstrations and engage stakeholders to create awareness of how Arjo solutions address critical healthcare needs.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate mitigation strategies with manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams — Clinical, Marketing, Service, and Finance — to align on market strategies and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Average of 3-5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales/ Medical Devices Sales/Specialty Pharmaceutical product sales / Hospital Sales
- Science/ Engineering Graduate / Non-Science Graduates holding a Full Time MBA
