About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide preventative maintenance and repair on Arjo’s medical equipment on-site at hospitals
Apply a detailed understanding of electromechanical systems
Focus on high-quality equipment service
Build customer relationships to drive growth opportunities
Maintenance, repair, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at customer locations
Technical diagnosis and repair cost estimates on customer-owned medical equipment
Assist the Sales team in marketing company equipment
Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts
Align with health and safety codes and procedures
Complete and submit accurate reporting
Spare parts inventory management
Daily driving and flying to customer locations (50-75% overnight travel)

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
(Associate’s Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field preferred)
Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment
Electrical and mechanical assembly
Training and/or certifications preferred
Sales experience preferred
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds.
