Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation
Supervise operational compliance and tracking of equipment rental orders
Coach the Service team and oversee work assignments
Conduct customer site visits to support Sales and Service activities
Act as the primary contact for Service issues
Participate in the interview process for Field Reps/Drivers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; or related experience
2+ years of Service Leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities
Demonstrated customer service skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Current and valid driver’s license
Able to travel overnight 25%
