💰 $75,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Lead day-to-day activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation
- Supervise operational compliance and tracking of equipment rental orders
- Coach the Service team and oversee work assignments
- Conduct customer site visits to support Sales and Service activities
- Act as the primary contact for Service issues
- Participate in the interview process for Field Reps/Drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; or related experience
- 2+ years of Service Leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Able to travel overnight 25%
