About the role
- Quality Issue Resolution
- Work with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues detected
- Engage suppliers in supporting complex investigations
- Ensure close collaboration with suppliers to implement timely and effective corrective actions.
- Supplier qualification and monitoring
- Select, onboard and evaluate supplier base.
- Conduct QMS, Process and Sustainability audits at the suppliers.
- Develop and implement supplier quality evaluation and control systems.
- Evaluate and qualify components or parts sourced from suppliers.
- Perform Production Process Validation at supplier's site.
- Review and provide recommendations to the Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Supplier Engineering Change Requests.
- Be responsible for activities related to cost reduction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated work experience in a technical role within Category , with a focus on driving quality and process improvements.
- English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of quality management system
- Six Sigma Certification or equivalent quality management certification is preferred.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
