About the role
- Promote and sell assigned medical devices within designated accounts
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities to support revenue growth
- Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and onboarding for doctors, nurses, and clinical teams
- Provide ongoing clinical education to ensure safe and effective product use
- Maintain deep knowledge of product features, clinical applications, and competitive offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare practices, and emerging technologies
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to incorporate customer insights
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional events
- Update all account activities in Salesforce CRM accurately and on time
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review and follow-up actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a healthcare-related field (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in medical device sales or clinical support
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, and aged-care facilities
