About the role
- Responsible for administrative work associated with the Foster Care Review Board Program (FCRB)
- Primary contact for incoming calls
- Processing paper and electronically received mail from various sources and electronic inboxes
- Registering children and uploading case documentation with an electronic file management system
- Distributing reports
- Research minute entries and case information
- Manage administrative functions and tasks on an as-needed basis
- Assist the Program Specialist to ensure successful facilitation of FCRB reviews
- May be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule after three months of employment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years experience in a full-function office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personal computer skills including zoom, e-mail, calendaring system, and word processing
- Ability to be responsive to last-minute staff requests
- Flexibility with daily work assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate administrative files
- Cover phone and reception duties, including screening and accurately routing incoming phone calls
- Work independently within set program guidelines and protocol
