About the role
- Processes all information-technology-related purchases for the Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts.
- Coordinates procurement-related, financial, contractual, budgetary, and administrative functions within the Information Technology Division, including grants and contractors.
- Responsible for providing accurate record-keeping and tracking of hardware assets, as well as software and license inventories.
- Tracks all technology-related contractors details.
- Assists in the establishment of policies and procedures related to contracts administration, asset management, and procurement.
- May be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.
Requirements
- This position requires a bachelor's degree and five years of experience, working in the computer industry or a related field.
- Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software and related equipment.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint including the use of standard file and folder naming conventions, assigning metadata and permissions.
- Strong bookkeeping knowledge.
- Excellent time management skills and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly and completely.
- Excellent skills in and knowledge of Microsoft M365 products, Adobe Pro and Visio.
- The preferred candidate will have experience in an Information Systems environment.
