About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct evaluations of admission applications and transfer credit evaluation.
- Analyze and authenticate international academic records.
- Conduct course-by-course evaluations including credit conversion to U.S. semester units.
- Research international educational systems and maintain documentation.
- Review immigration-related documentation to determine eligibility for I-20 issuance.
- Collaborate with admissions counselors to support enrollment objectives.
- Utilize enterprise systems to manage applicant records and support processing workflows.
- Manage international student immigration documentation and processing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma and three years (3) experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Experience evaluating international academic credentials and applying recognized credential evaluation methodologies.
- Knowledge of international education systems, grading scales, and institutional recognition.
- Familiarity with federal regulations for international students (SEVIS, F-1 visa requirements).
- Experience with admissions policies, procedures, and enrollment management practices.
- Strong analytical and research skills; able to interpret complex academic records.
- Evidence of effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to maintain attention to detail in high-volume settings.
- Experience with systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SUNAPSIS, SEVIS, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
