About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field
  • Knowledge of ASU’s organizational structure, advising model, and higher education administration
  • Demonstrated experience leading user acceptance testing strategy and execution for enterprise product implementations or upgrades
  • Experience documenting integration requirements between student success products and SIS, LMS, or CRM systems
