About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Defines systems requirements, makes recommendations for technology selection, and performs moderately complex data analysis
- Leads stakeholder discovery sessions to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for product enhancements
- Owns requirements traceability throughout the product lifecycle
- Develops functional assessments and recommendations for SSI leadership regarding adoption, sequencing, and institutional readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field
- Knowledge of ASU’s organizational structure, advising model, and higher education administration
- Demonstrated experience leading user acceptance testing strategy and execution for enterprise product implementations or upgrades
- Experience documenting integration requirements between student success products and SIS, LMS, or CRM systems
