About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and perform the installation, configuration, integration, repair, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex or unresolved network issues.
  • Perform advanced on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of connectivity, hardware, power, and configuration issues.
  • Provide direct onsite and remote technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in scheduled upgrades, emergency response, and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to Field Technicians.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field;
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent vendor certifications).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience installing, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network systems.
  • Proficiency with ticket management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and Wi-Fi architectures.
  • Physical ability to unpack, set up, lift, and move network equipment (typically up to 55 lbs or more as required).
