About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and perform the installation, configuration, integration, repair, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
Serve as the point of escalation for complex or unresolved network issues.
Perform advanced on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of connectivity, hardware, power, and configuration issues.
Provide direct onsite and remote technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Lead and participate in scheduled upgrades, emergency response, and preventative maintenance activities.
Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to Field Technicians.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field;
Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent vendor certifications).
Minimum of 6 years of experience installing, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network systems.
Proficiency with ticket management.
Strong working knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and Wi-Fi architectures.
Physical ability to unpack, set up, lift, and move network equipment (typically up to 55 lbs or more as required).
