About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prospective students with detailed information regarding graduate business programs
- Conduct individual and group presentations for prospective students
- Monitor and manage student database using Salesforce
- Travel for events, networking, and community outreach if required
- Design and execute recruitment events both virtually and in person
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field
- Evidence of two (2) years of experience in higher education recruitment is preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
- Experience in applying recruiting/ selling techniques and methods
- Experience in CRM systems such as PeopleSoft and Salesforce
