About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform specialized Accounts Payable processes including but not limited to wire payments, check cancellations and reissues, check deposits.
Obtaining, analyzing and verifying bank information for wire payments.
Utilize OCR technologies to review, audit, and process a high volume of invoices and expense reimbursements through ASU’s financial management system, ensuring adherence to established financial policies and procedures.
Utilize AI-enabled SmartBot to automate monitoring and responding to communications from the shared AP email box.
Manage Accounts Payable Wire shared email box, ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues.
Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external suppliers.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
