About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting IT and operational technology systems that enable safe, continuous power generation across non‑nuclear facilities
- Partnering with plant teams, IT, cybersecurity, and compliance groups to resolve issues and strengthen system reliability
- Applying patches, upgrades, and security protections to reduce vulnerabilities across IT and OT environments
- Troubleshooting application, system, and network issues in time‑sensitive, mission‑critical situations
- Contributing to disaster recovery readiness and system resilience efforts
- Providing remote support and participating in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- Working technical knowledge gained through experience within a job area or system.
- Experience supporting IT systems or applications in operational, industrial, or energy‑related environments
- Knowledge of system reliability, application support, and foundational cybersecurity principles
- Comfort working across both IT and OT infrastructure
- Strong collaboration skills
