About the role

  • Content creation: You produce clear, user-friendly content explaining and guiding the use of Arivo's software and hardware — including best practices, step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and screen recordings.
  • Explaining our products: You present the use cases and features of our products so that non-technical users can make the most of their Arivo system.
  • Knowledge base maintenance: You expand and maintain the Arivo Knowledge Base, keep it up to date, and optimize content based on user feedback and usage data.
  • Research & process: You proactively gather all relevant information needed to create content and independently manage the entire content process.
  • Collaboration with different departments: You maintain ongoing communication with our product and project teams to create audience-focused, practice-oriented content.

Requirements

  • Background: You have a technical degree with experience in writing OR a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field with experience producing technical content.
  • Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in writing, content management, or technical writing and have contributed to help content, software documentation, manuals, blog articles, or similar materials.
  • Tools: Ideally, you have experience with a common CMS or a documentation tool. Image editing and video-cutting skills are a plus but not required.
  • Strengths & passion: You enjoy preparing clear and engaging content, have a good sense for structuring text, and possess a basic technical understanding.
  • Working style: You work independently, in a structured way, and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Language skills: You have very good German and English skills.
