Establish and uphold technical standards and system design principles, guiding architecture decisions, managing technical debt, and maintaining best practices through code reviews and structured processes.

Requirements

Proven and best-in-class skills in full-stack development, as well as experience leading and overseeing developers & QA/QE/SDET.
Strong proficiency in React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and eCommerce-specific challenges (catalogs, cart, checkout flows).
Working knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, APIs, databases) to guide architecture and review code.
Experience with commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud/PWAKit preferred).
Understanding of testing strategies and ability to ensure robust test coverage.
Familiarity with payment integrations, inventory management, SEO, and customer experience optimization.
Knowledge of web performance optimization and conversion rate principles.
Proven ability to lead and mentor developers and QA engineers, with experience in resource planning and sprint management.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and make decisions under pressure.
