About the role
- Collaborate on defining and optimizing production cycles in both automatic and manual assembly lines
- Analyze and improve production workflows
- Conduct time studies
- Support capacity planning
- Contribute to layout design
- Help standardize best practices to support the spread of WCM culture
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product development processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Strong command of Italian and English
- Pragmatic mindset with initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Basic understanding of industrial processes
