About the role
- Define and implement a strategic plan for business growth
- Analyze market requests and propose new developments based on profitability
- Manage product development and release processes in close collaboration with R&D and other departments
- Support sales teams mainly in our global markets with technical and marketing materials
- Work closely with other business lines and departments to build engagement and ensure alignment and leverage synergies
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of air-to-air heat pumps, air conditioning systems, or HVAC products
- Fluency in English and Italian (knowledge of Spanish, French, or Chinese is a plus)
