About the role
- Responsible for the effective performance of Ariston Group’s product activities.
- Manage all activities between Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales and Marketing.
- Identify new products, suggest product improvements, and develop marketing tools and literature.
- Conduct surveys to research new or existing ideas.
- Maintain records and develop reports to track area activity.
Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in product development with industry knowledge of water heaters and boilers.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships across all levels internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects with minimum supervision.
- Ability to organize and conduct successful trips.
- Experienced in the applications of: MS Office, which includes Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
