About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage feature delivery from inception to approval, liaising with collaborators throughout development
Track and report project progress, achievements, risks/issues, and burndowns
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Coordinate and report on multiple projects simultaneously
Provide development estimates and track estimates versus actuals
Identify, communicate, and monitor project dependencies
Manage collaborator expectations and address urgent issues
Communicate development progress and commercial timelines to teams
Facilitate meetings with global teams and collaborators
Collaborate with delivery managers, development teams, product managers, quality teams, compliance teams, and senior leadership
Update project status using Project Web App for PowerBI/Fabric reports
Maintain data accuracy in required systems and publish regular and ad-hoc reports
Identify and implement continuous improvement activities
Participate in developing PMO program/project tools for process standardization
Ensure projects adhere to the established governance framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a Project Management role
Degree in software engineering, project management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Scrum Master/Agile certification or PMP is advantageous but not required
Extensive full life cycle project management experience, including planning, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and internal negotiations
Gaming sector experience is preferred but not required
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to communicate and negotiate with all levels of staff and management
Ability to lead projects across multiple geographies
Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerBI, JIRA, and Clarity
Ability to perform effectively under pressure on high-profile projects
Solid organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of the Agile Framework
Must be authorized to work in the job posting location without current or future visa sponsorship
