About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines
Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines
Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests
Complete Pre-Site Surveys and perform service activities assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
At least 21 years of age
Clean and valid driver’s license
Able to acquire a gaming license
Willing to do daily travel in the assigned territory
Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive
Passion for technology and solving problems
Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Preferred: Experience as a slot technician or in field service of technical products
Preferred: Experience with electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting
