About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites
Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations
Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware
Develop and manage project plans
Furnish post-installation aid to preserve system stability
Collaborate with collaborators to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational requirements
Document processes and compose detailed reports
Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of relevant technical experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
Virtualization and networking concepts
Database administration and enterprise networking technologies
Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses
