About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites
- Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware
- Develop and manage project plans
- Furnish post-installation aid to preserve system stability
- Collaborate with collaborators to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational requirements
- Document processes and compose detailed reports
- Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
- Virtualization and networking concepts
- Database administration and enterprise networking technologies
- Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
- Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses
