About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work collaboratively with the SIT Manager and Project team to ensure the testing processes are followed.
Analyze and understand the product architecture and commercial requirements and build Integrity test plans.
Drive learning to build a solid understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to the products being tested.
Build Compliance test plans to ensure new game mechanics meet compliance requirements.
Build plans for integration testing of new game features.
Execute Integrity, Compliance, and Integration test plans independently.
Provide test traceability from requirements to execution and results.
Raise issues to the development team with sound reasoning.
Leverage testing tools to optimize efficiency and achieve high-quality benchmarks.
Offer training and mentoring to testers on projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E., B. Tech, MCA, or similar.
Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in software testing, including product testing.
Ability to write basic Python and VB scripts.
Preferably, experience in the land-based gaming industry or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, C++, C#, Unity, and automation tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global collaborators.
Flexibility to navigate changing business priorities.
Ability to work positively and collaboratively with SIT & development teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Great teammate with strong people engagement skills.
Self-motivated with a mature approach to accountability and responsibility.
Proven ability to apply creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems.
